All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS with NO GUARANTEE of any kind, expressed or implied. Buyer's are to rely exclusively on their own pre-auction inspection and due diligence. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A 15% Buyer's Premium (3% fee for credit cards) will be added to all purchases.

PICKUP: Pickup is on Monday, December 23rd from 3 PM to 7 PM ONLY at 222 W 14th Street, Fairbury, NE 68352. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED OR CANNOT ATTEND THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES!! SHIPPING: Invoices for shipping and handling will be emailed

10 PM on Monday, December 30th. This shipping invoice MUST be paid by Friday, Friday, January 3 at Noon CT. We will not charge the card you registered with for shipping. You MUST pay the S&H invoice. If shipping is not paid for by then, your items will be forfeited. A $10 Handling fee will be added to each S&H invoice in addition to the 3% convenience fee for electronic payment. We do NOT ship furniture or large items. If you question if we will ship an item, email info.schultis@gmail.com. We will NOT ship outside of the U.S. We do not accept e-mailed shipping labels.
